Sweet potato risotto

  • Chop the onion and cut the bacon into cubesChop the onion and cut the bacon into cubes.
  • Put oil in a frying pan and fry the onion.

  • Add the bacon and cook until golden brown.
  • Add the rice and stir.

  • Pour in the white wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate.
  • Add the broth, previously heated, little by little and stirring gently.

  • Continue until the broth is finished.
  • Add the sweet potato.
  • Salt to taste

  • Grate cheese over the risotto and add a couple of turns of pepper.
  • Serve in the desired dish.
