You will love this sweet potato hummus recipe, both adults and children. It's a simple, quick and healthy recipe that's perfect for snacking, spreading, dipping or even for breakfast. What's more, sweet potato is the perfect ingredient to give this Arabic recipe that sweet touch.

  • Boil the previously soaked chickpeas in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Remember, do not throw away the broth as we will use it later. 
  • In the meantime, we microwave our bag of "Sweet Potato" for just 7 minutes.
  • Once the sweet potato and chickpeas are ready, put both products in a blender with a little of the broth from cooking the chickpeas, a dash of oil, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and the tahini, which will give our hummus its distinctive flavour.
