Guarnicion sencilla y vistosa, en forma de acordeón, con queso, pan rallado, diferentes salsas y hierbas aromáticas presentándolas enteras como un acompañamiento perfecto, ofreciendo infinitas posibilidades.

Ingredientes:

3 patatas guarnición
100 gr mantequilla
50 gr orégano
100 gr Queso Parmesano
30 gr sal
Brochetas

Preparación:

1. Precalentar la freidora de aire a 180 °C.
2. Lavar las patatas y cortarlas en forma de abanico. Para ello, poner un pincho de madera en el lado largo izquierdo de la patata y otro junto al lado largo derecho. De esta
forma, los pinchos de madera harán que la patata se mantenga de una pieza, ya que la parte inferior no llega a cortarse. Repetir este paso con todas las patatas.
3. Colocar las patatas con la parte cortada hacia arriba en la bandeja de la freidora de aire previamente cubierta con papel de horno.
4. Con ayuda de un pincel, embadurnar las patatas con un poco de mantequilla mezclada con las hierbas aromáticas y cocínar durante unos 20 minutos.
5. Espolvorear el parmesano sobre las patatas 3-5 minutos antes del final del tiempo de horneado. Consejo: añadir un poco de sal marina sobre las patatas.
