To make this sweet potato cake recipe you need to rely on good potatoes that can give you a homogeneous cream for the potato cake so we invite you to try our potatoes so that you can bake a delicious potato and chocolate cake.

• While preheating the oven to 180º, prepare the individual moulds by greasing them with butter and flour.
• We peel, wash and grate the Organic potatoes.
• In the mixer, combine the two types of sugar and the butter. When it starts to turn white, add the milk, the two eggs and the spices to the mixture. 
• Continue beating until a uniform dough is created with all the ingredients well integrated.
• In another bowl put the flour together with the ground almonds, the baking powder and two tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix everything well and add it to the other mixture.
• Mix everything well again and finally add the melted chocolate and, now, the grated potato. Mix everything together one last time.
• Put the dough into the moulds and bake them for 30 minutes. After this time, leave them to cool.

If you want to add the icing, just wait until your cupcakes are very cold and then add the icing on top and let it solidify. You can even add candied fruit if you want to make it more appetising. And that's it, enjoy this original dessert!
