Potato waffles

Graciosa manera de disfrutar de una patata crujiente, para dipear en cumpleaños de niños y amigos.

Ingredientes:

500 gr patata micro
1 huevo
100 gr harina de garbanzo
10 gr de sal
10 gr de pimienta
10 gr pimentón picante polvo
20 gr aceite de oliva

Preparación:

1. Pelar la patata y cocinar en el microondas a máxima potencia durante 3 min.
2. Machacar la patata con un tenedor, mezclar con la harina, el huevo, la sal, pimienta y pimentón.
3. Dividir la masa.
4. Cocinar en gofrera durante 10 min.
5. Acompañar de cualquier salsa para dipear.
