Waldorf Salad

  • Cook the potatoes for 40 minutes and once cooked, wrap them in aluminium foil for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 3 cm cubes.

  • Clean the celery by removing the leaves and peel the fibres with a peeler, cut into 0.5 cm slices.
  • Cut the walnuts in half
  • Peel and cut the apple.

  • Place all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.

  • Mix the celery, potatoes, walnuts and apple.
  • Mix the above with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve a couple of spoonfuls on a plate.
