German salad

  • Cook the potatoes for 40 minutes and once cooked, wrap them in aluminium foil for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the legs and cook them in cubes of about 3 cm.

  • Put the potatoes in a bowl together with the sliced sausages.
  • Add the onion in brunoise (1 cm fine dice).

  • Place all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.

  • Mix the stuffing with the sauce.
  • Place on a plate and garnish with chopped chives on top.
