• Preheat the oven to 220ºC and prepare a baking tray or baking dish with aluminium foil.
• Wash, dry and cut the potatoes as if you were going to make chips.
• Place the potatoes in the centre of the foil and then add the rosemary, salt, pepper and butter.
• Once added, we lift the foil to make a kind of bowl and add the beer can.
• Close the foil tightly and repeat the same procedure if you want to make more garnishes.
• Then place your garnishes in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 220ºC.
• Once ready, serve the beer fries hot to your guests - they'll love them!

This recipe for beer with potatoes can also be made with olive oil and non-alcoholic beer, as the important thing is the beer sauce left for the potatoes. You can also add garlic, bay leaves and chopped onion.

These potatoes are the ideal accompaniment to baked chicken, chicken thighs with sautéed vegetables, fresh sausages, any kind of baked pork.
