Our Code of Ethics represents the set of values and principles present in the way Patatas Meléndez acts.
In addition, we provide our stakeholders with a complaints mailbox:
Complaints mailbox
This complaints mailbox is a communication channel to report any irregularity or conduct contrary to the law or to the Code of Ethics of Patatas Meléndez.
The complainant must send an e-mail to canaldedenuncias@patatasmlendez.com with his/her name and surname and a detailed account of the facts. The Ethics Committee of Patatas Meléndez will be in charge of knowing and processing the complaint, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality. The Ethics Committee will communicate with the complainant within a period of one month via this e-mail address: comitedeetica@patatasmeléndez.com
